Delete your account.

• Your sign-in: the email address you use to sign in, so you can no longer sign in with it.
• Your profile: your name, username, bio, pictures and links, if you added any.
• Your linked TVs: every Fire TV or Roku linked to your account is unlinked and its access key stops working.
• Your membership: any active membership is cancelled so you are not charged again, and then removed from your account.

• Light Works Universe shows and videos, such as Across the Stars. They belong to Light Works Universe and stay available to other viewers.
• Purchase and payment records that the law requires us to keep for accounting. They are kept only as long as required.

1. Email acrossthestars2026@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. If you have a paid membership, say so and we will cancel it first so no further charges are made.
3. We confirm the request came from the account's email address, delete the account, and reply to tell you it is done, within 30 days.
