Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Creator accounts are by application. We may approve, pause or decline an application.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in codes and password private.

• Some titles are free to watch. Others may be offered to rent or buy; the price and what you get (for example a 48-hour rental, or a title or series to keep) are shown before you pay.
• Rentals, purchases and passes are for your personal, non-commercial viewing. Don't copy, re-upload, download (unless a download is offered), or share access to paid titles.
• Titles may be added, changed or removed, for example when a creator withdraws a title or rights change.

Payments are made on the website and processed by our payment processor. If something goes wrong with a purchase (it won't play, you were charged twice, or the title was removed during a rental), contact us at acrossthestars2026@gmail.com and we will look into it.

• You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Light Works Universe permission to host, stream, display and promote it on the service, the TV apps and our promotional channels, for as long as it is on the service and for a reasonable time after you remove it.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything in your upload: the footage, the music, and the faces, voices and names of the people in it. If someone else appears in it, you have their permission.
• Creator earnings, fees and payouts are described in the House rules and in any creator agreement.

Booking a slot on the Light Works Universe channel requires a signed-in account. A booking holds the slot; it only airs after the house reviews and approves it (and, for paid slots, after payment). We may decline or move a booking that breaks these terms.

• No content you don't have the rights to, and no content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that shows real people without their permission.
• No spam, scraping, attempts to get around paywalls or access controls, or interfering with the service.
• Be decent in comments. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, and we suspend repeat copyright infringers.

If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright, email acrossthestars2026@gmail.com with a link to the title, a description of your work, and your contact details. We review every notice and remove infringing content.

We work hard to keep Light Works Universe running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and Light Works Universe isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
